Start with the service conditions
Identify the fluid, design pressure, design temperature and normal operating conditions. Where the medium contains H₂S, chlorides, solids or other corrosive components, state the composition or applicable service requirement.
The same nominal size and pressure class can require very different materials and sealing arrangements. Service data is therefore more useful than a product name alone.
Define the valve and connection
List the valve type, nominal size, pressure class, bore requirement and end connection. Include the governing design and end-to-end standards where the project specifies them.
- Valve type and quantity
- NPS or DN and pressure class or PN
- Flanged, butt-weld, socket-weld or threaded ends
- Full bore, reduced bore or project-specific flow requirement
- Manual, gearbox, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric operation
State materials, testing and documentation
If the project already defines body, trim, seat, packing and bolting materials, include them in the enquiry. Add the required pressure tests, low-emission or fire-safe qualification, NACE service, inspection points and certification level.
Attach the applicable datasheet or specification by email. A clear list of required documents helps avoid commercial and technical gaps later in the project.
Keep questions and files in the same email thread
Send the valve list, datasheets and drawings to info@kamroo.hk. We will review the stated duty and reply with the points that need confirmation before selection or quotation.
